Ynysybwl RFC welcomes the committee players and supporters of Nelson RFC to the Recreation Ground on Saturday afternoon. 

With another curtain drawn on an intriguing Six Nations campaign comes the return of domestic action and next up for the First XV is a home fixture against Nelson this weekend. Our opponents sit second in the league table which signifies the task ahead for 'The Bwl' with Nelson only having lost two games all season and both of those against the league leaders. We will want to bounce back from a narrow defeat last time out at Abergavenny and although there is a strong belief within the group that a win can be earned on home soil and in front of our supporters, that belief will have to be applied to the playing field from the off against what will no doubt be a very well organised Nelson outfit.   

In other senior action on Saturday afternoon, our Yetties make the short trip to near neighbours Mountain Ash and we extend the welcome to all representatives of St Julians Youth who will face our Calves on the Cae Staff.
